My filter arrived with one of the filter housings slightly damaged, but I failed to notice the damage until the housing and faucet were already mounted. I could have returned the whole thing to Revain, but I chose to call the company and talk to their Customer Service Department. I sent the pictures above along with a copy of my amazon invoice. Within minutes the representative I was talking with agreed to send a replacement part. This conversation took place mid-day on Wednesday; I received the new part on Saturday morning via Priority mail. The filter works well and was easy to install. I'd buy it again, especially because I now know there's an American company that 1) has real people who answer their phones and 2) stands proudly behind their product. Aquasana gets five stars from me.
