I mounted mine on a Husqvarna YTH 24K48 and as expected had to drill new holes for the top bracket. I also did a little extra work to cut out the base to better match the "buttresses" of the tractor hitch shelf. Because I abused my 9 year old, the record warped. So I used two 3/8" holes in the base of the bracket to add screws and attach everything neatly. I installed a bottle jack under the hitch and saved it before tightening the bracket bolts. The clutch works great. Requires some thought and drilling but it was worth it for my lawnmower.
