Review on 🧶 Karbonz Straight Needle Set by Knitter's Pride, 10 Inch by Carol Miller

I read dozens of reviews before I bought it. After receiving them and knitting for several hours, I came to several realizations. Pros: They are very light and easy to use. They don't feel as fragile or flexible as other brands I've tried. However, there were several disadvantages. First, the tips are metal and the plugs are plastic, which is a bit disappointing for the price. Second, the nickel plating discolored on my fingers after just a few hours of exposure to the oil. Finally, as mentioned in another review, there is a noticeable seam between the metal tip and the carbon fiber shaft that grabs the yarn every time the stitch is moved in place. This may not be a problem with thicker or coarser yarns, but it definitely caused problems with the fine and fine yarns I've used. In general, I am of two minds about these needles. I don't feel the price matches what I got and I'm still considering returning them.
