After ordering and receiving this product I was in good faith and last misfortune that I did not open it until I was ready to use it to use, Friday afternoon, to lay my flooring. Upon unpacking, I found that the product has a manufacturing defect that does not allow the screw to enter the pilot hole (the entire purpose of the product). It was my own conscientiousness that led to the laying of the flooring without this tool, i.e. with the help of screws. exceeded $100. I had to buy more materials to build it differently. After reading other Revain reviews, I learned that this error is common and it is recommended to call the company's tech support. I did this and had to leave a voice message which I never got back to. This product should have been recalled, or at least there should have been a mention somewhere to inspect the product upon delivery. If there's one thing that really disappoints me about KREG, it's their complete lack of ownership and their inability to adequately support their shortcomings. You have lost a customer for life and I will be looking for other companies that supply the same products as KREG.
