Very happy with this set! For the price I paid I am impressed that so many items were included - a stencil and loads of nozzles. I can do something really cool with that. The tips are easy to replace, but allow them to cool slightly before replacing to avoid damaging the threads. I've found pliers to be very helpful (as recommended) as long as you don't over tighten them. The only minor complaints are that 1) the tool itself doesn't look very well constructed. The cable doesn't really have much strain relief and it doesn't feel like something is "squeezing" it tightly into the device. This can loosen the cable over time. The plastic case also feels a bit flimsy, and the switch sometimes "sticks out" when flipped. As for the cable, for some reason the cable's insulation was a little dented and it was really visible. some exposed copper if you looked closely enough. NOT GOOD!. However, since it was a small cut, I just taped it around with duct tape. Still, it didn't really feel safe to me and gave the impression that the quality control (and/or packaging during production) wasn't the best. CHECK THE CABLE FOR DAMAGE! Also, there is no tip that works perfectly with a stencil - the preloaded "chisel" tip is the best, which works well with some letters but isn't best for "curved" letters. You'll have to go through some of the letters a few times to make them thick and "neat". Otherwise they sometimes look ugly. Finally, I liked that the kit included a stand and a durable reusable case. And the best thing was that it even included a free offer of additional goods - carbon paper, a set of spare tips or another iron itself. Despite these shortcomings, I am satisfied!
