Review on LLDSIMEX Pair - Precision Steel 1-2-3 Blocks: 1x2x3, 23 Holes - High-Quality Industrial Tool by Nathaniel Collins

Size first; The set I received was as specified. I measured the 1" and 2" sizes with two different micrometers, both of which read within 0.0003" of the spec for the 1" and 2" widths on both blocks. This is within the stated specification of .0005". I've only had one caliper that could measure 3", but it was also within spec for both blocks. The finish of through holes, including tapped holes, is not very good. As others have written. The external surfaces were of good quality and coated in machine oil as one would expect from a well polished tool box. I don't know why this surprised some, perhaps coming from people not used to precision metal parts, components and tools. Surprise (and a important quality warning) if they were NOT coated in oil.From the reviews I read I realized the only risk in purchasing was the accuracy of the block sizes , and at least for the set I received they were within spec (I'd return them if not - you shouldn't oh! ). For the price they are great - 4 stars out of 5 for the overall "finish" (especially the through holes). I would buy again.
