Review on PHILIPS PCRW464K: High-Speed External USB 2.0 CD-RW Drive - 4x4x6 Performance by John Stefko

This product is terrible, do not buy. I bought this item because of its USB port and also because of its cheap price for my computer. Don't let these things tempt you into buying this item, it's not worth it. I have a very new laptop with all the requirements and Windows 2000. I brought it home and it was easy to set up and then tried to download the software but it failed. So I followed the instructions to try reloading the software and it still didn't work. Well, as if that wasn't enough, I tried uninstalling the software but I couldn't do it with all my uninstallers. THIS PRODUCT IS A HORRIBLE WASTE OF TIME and I am writing this to try and save you some of the stress and hassle I have had to deal with.
