I had a lot of fun learning everything about painting, especially watercolor and acrylic. This is a new world for me. I try my best to learn how to use my brushes and take care of them properly so that they give me the right benefit. My husband is a painter and he checks the brushes I get and tells me how good they are. It's hard for a "newbie" in the art world to get an idea of how well this brush works, but I appreciate the opportunity to try and use it. With my husband's help, I'm hoping to use the brushes I have with the right mediums. This is for watercolor and will be used with my KingArt watercolor set. By the way, one of the things that surprised me the most in the many tutorial videos I've seen was that so many artists use watercolors in small containers. Color and mix colors in the palettes that come with watercolors. I always thought these watercolor kits were cheap kits for kids! I guess I was wrong!
