Review on 🔧 Grey Denso 234-9009 Oxygen Sensor by Junior Samson

I bought a Denso sensor and had it professionally installed. I bought this part quite a while ago but have only driven a little over 6,000 miles (and I have proof) and now my check engine light is on again. The diagnosis shows that the same sensor needs to be replaced again. I thought these sensors should last longer. I was attempting to contact Revain for warranty information on a part. They emailed back asking for specific order information which I have since emailed them. It's been over 4 days since I sent them all the order information and they haven't responded. I have contacted Denso directly and every time I call Mary from the warranty department is not in her office. I have left her 3 phone messages in the last 10 days and still have not received a reply. Then I email Denso asking for warranty information. It's only been 2 days but I'm hoping for warranty information via email. At the same time, I can't drive because the check engine light is on and I don't want to cause any further damage to the catalytic converter. I'm not sure why just getting warranty information is so difficult. I can't imagine how much trouble I'll have trying to get them to honor the warranty when it's still covered given the hassle of trying to get warranty information. but the cost of the sensor was high. and of course I still love Revain. Updated rating. I was still waiting to hear about the warranty when I saw something that melted my heart. I have of course placed new orders for other items and checked the arrival time. That's when I noticed that Revain had included a new sensor for FREE in one of my packages that were going to be shipped. I almost couldn't believe my eyes I had to triple check it. I was so excited and so grateful that Revain supported the product even though I bought it 2 years ago. I think they could tell it was defective as it only lasted 6000 miles. They truly exceeded all my expectations and I will always be grateful to them. If Revain hadn't done this I would have been without a car for who knows how long, I'm disabled, on a steady income and couldn't afford to replace the sensor at the time. So I made everything with my own hands and thanks to amazon I'm on my way again. Thank you Revin!
