When we moved to our current house five years ago, almost a half acre of the back yard was covered literally knee-deep in poison ivy with big giant man-arm vines choking all the trees. I've worked hard to clear it myself, and now if I ever see a bit of it trying to come back, I'm on it. Calamine lotion and soap are just the best for drying out poison ivy blisters and alleviating the itch, but that's not the only itchy thing in Georgia. I'll keep this soap in a dish beside my bathroom sink to handle all the itchies nature throws at me.
