Review on Molasses by Brad Schaefer
Great tool to keep track of marketing and SEO related tasks
The UI/UX makes it easy enough even non-technical people can use this product without much hassle! I love how simple yet powerful their dashboard looks when you're managing your flags in one place (it's not as good if they don't have an option where we could see our past changes).
We've been using molassess since 1 year ago now so far everything has worked fine - no issues at all really :) There are some minor things here or there which might be annoying sometimes such small bugs etc., however nothing major nor anything worth mentioning about them either :D As mentioned above though i do think its great ease & simplicity while working within MOLASSES itself too! If anyone wants something similar feel free let me know because my team uses these products quite often internally also ;).

- Very smooth process for new customer support requests,
- Easy way through reporting tool like dashboards / graphs is just amazing!! It lets us keep track easily what happens out side from system; ) And more.etc
- Nothing actually comes up into mind but still overall pretty ok experience till date : )
