Not enough padding to fill its own 20x20 body, let alone a pillowcase.

I have been using made to measure pillowcases for many years so I am very familiar with the process of ordering shapes that are slightly larger than the pillowcase itself and of course fluff the insert before placing it in the pillow. Cover or, as in this case, allow the compressed insert time to fully expand (and loosen) before placing it on the cover. I've done everything, and the filling isn't even close to enough to fill the box itself, let alone the box it was bought for. No matter how much I whipped/kneaded/massaged, he still looked anemic. Unfortunately it has to be returned.
