These fans are insanely good for people who value high airflow over acoustic crap (although I can't hear them at all even at full speed inside my case), but I have to for people bluntly say whose case doesn't have a glass/plexiglass front panel to smash those fans, not so good at them. I have an O-11 Dynamic XL and I have nowhere to place these fans as I only see the RGB ring in the exhaust configuration (with the ring facing towards the body), if I use them as a bottom or side air intake the RGB breaks on the Panel You Can't see inside the case? This appears to be a fundamental omission by Arctic (since that quirk of banging fans against the front panel went away years ago), which saddens me deeply. Having bought many of their products I consider them to be the best case air cooling company in general with the exception of Noctua which I don't have deep pockets to list all my 10 case slots with very little lift case air pressure. .The main reason I bought these fans over many other options like Liana Li fans is the static pressure ratio which I personally value more than the aesthetics. But I was only able to install these fans in a top and rear ejection configuration, and due to the relative darkness after the LEDs shine through the diffusion strip (it's fine for me if they could be installed in a configuration with inflow with the Ring to the body) the actual effect in my case is very small because you can't see them directly. I would be more than happy to buy two more sets of 3 bottom mount and side air vents for my case, otherwise I'll be forced to go to Lian Li for the ST120 which generally come with a more useful controller and are a lot cheaper . The 6 year warranty offered is absolutely amazing as I can't imagine my fans running continuously as I require all 3 to survive that period if they do then kudos to the arctic. Now let's talk about colors; The whites are absolutely superb due to the large spread in this strip, most whites without a separate white LED don't come out very well and have a green or blue cast, it doesn't suffer from this problem and the result is somewhere between 4000k and 5000k spectrum, like a lightbulb. The number of LEDs is ok but in my opinion there could be 6-8 more and that would make for a better overall effect, especially for brightness snobs. (which I am not a member of) The rest of the spectrum matches or exceeds all my other RGBs, the yellow is fantastic compared to my RGB Phanteks, there is no green cast at all. The orange is absolutely gorgeous and in my case stands out as the best representation of orange I've personally seen in an RGB case light. As for the controller, I like that it's included, but I mainly dislike it for a number of reasons. Why doesn't that come with a cable that splits from the 8 pin header to other 3 pin headers to connect other RGB strips to it? In my view this would greatly increase the perceived value as few people sell good ARGB controllers that work with the standard 3 pin daisy chain used by most companies for a reasonable amount. This will lock this controller down so it's only useful for the arctic ecosystem with a single product. It hurts the Arctic more than it helps them at the current stage of development of their 8-pin ecosystem, which I like, but it shouldn't be a lock and key to prevent you from mixing other brands with your own. If they sold an additional set of cables to increase the variety of controller functions. I would definitely buy it without hesitation. Bottom line: the fans themselves, despite their static pressure, are amazing value for money compared to Noctua alternatives while also having a higher maximum speed. The controller can only be used with the supplied fans, which makes me sad as if I was forced to add a star to my rating, the cables supplied should have been more varied and allowed you to convert 8-pin to 3-pin to others Connect RGB elements (which the buyer will most likely have) to the included controller. The colors it can produce are amazing as this is Arctic's first experience with RGB and they far exceeded my expectations. If you have an orange or yellow case color scheme (especially on wire-to-wire cables) then these will work great for you. Compared to other alternative RGB fans they outperform the competition in terms of cooling performance which I value above all else and if you have a plexiglass/tempered glass faceplate it should have the flow resistance at full unlike most RGB fans Fans easily overcome inclination when they are clamped. against the front panel.
