A fairly standard part, a few sloppy solder points but nothing to confuse. Some of these types of products do not come with a thermal pad, BUT THESE DO. My frame is metal and I prefer to limit my fears - the lining doubles to protect against electric shock. Also, I bought PCI power cords from S Union so I figured I could buy both from the same seller. They were properly marked 16 AWG, replacing those assembled from old modular boards (they fit on this chip, btw).
