I'm 5ft 4in, 150lbs and calf circumference. With my hiking pants and my base layer is 15 inches. Tried them on with my snowshoes (Kamik size 8) and Womens Med. fits perfectly. I had an extra 2 inches to tighten the top buckle just below the kneecap for a snug fit. We're expecting a ton of snow on our 9700 foot hike this Saturday. Will update the review afterwards! UPDATE: Walked in fresh snow without any problems and went with snowshoes! Very satisfied as they didn't let moisture through, are comfortable and never had to tinker with them 👍🏼
