During winters, I wear thick socks at home keeping the room temperature around 68 F. These socks are working reasonably for me so far. Normal thick sports socks doesn't work to keep my feet warm so needed some socks with wool to do the job. I bought these socks towards the end of winter so was not able to test them during really cold days, I am hoping they will work reasonably during the next whole winter.
