It is very easy to use but I have already broken the 4mm riveting tool twice. For the first time I can take the blame. The second time I followed the instructions on T. Align the tool almost completely with the chain as you suggest and extrude a brand new (no mushroom head) straight. When I pulled back the 4mm press tool, I noticed that the chain was still together even after I pushed the rivet out. I removed the tool and found that the 4mm rivet in the chain had broken. So now I have to buy a 3.4mm tool! Dissatisfied. This inexpensive kit now costs more than it should. Is there an updated version of the pressing tools? I'm putting a new chain on my bike tonight and just hoping the smaller press tool can handle the broken chain so I can ride this weekend. VERY disappointed as the second 4mm tool pushed out a total of 2 rivets which I think is still new.
