I bought this for my 83 year old father who needed to change a dosage on a prescription. He told me he had a splitter previously but it "didn’t work right” and he threw it away. This one has been working like a champ for him! His pills were small and didn’t have a line in the middle for easy splitting so he was nervous. I live far away so I wasn’t there to instruct on usage but it turned out to be unnecessary. According to my mom it is "working super!”
- Sometimes the pills slip and you'll get odd shaped pieces not exact cuts. It may be operator error.
- The dark color may make it difficult to find in a drawer or medicine cabinet
