. But only 2 pack carbide, 5 pack came as diamond blades and will not work as well as carbide. A carbide blade is more abrasive and more durable than a diamond blade. I was able to remove almost half of the grout from the alcove with a carbide blade, but needed two diamond wheels to do the other half. Also, the diamonds lasted longer because they wear out pretty quickly. I definitely didn't have the satisfaction of mortar flying off the wall when using diamond. I have ordered carbide wheels and expect them to be carbide. I ended up using diamond because I had to finish the project. I will definitely return them next time I see their diamond discs again.
