Durable, Fast, Efficient

These tools are champions. I've used regular grout removal tools but they didn't last long. These things did about 120 sf of tile grout and still show no wear. Fast and efficient. I don't know why I would ever go back to anything else. Install my Ryobi wireless oscillating instrument with no problems.

Wow they do a really good job

I'm in the process of redoing my dining room floor tiles and these carbide blades are doing a really good job. I bought a 5 pack thinking I'd burn all 5 before I was done, but I don't. I'm still using the first one and it feels the same as it did when I first installed it on my Dremel Multi-Max tool. You eat the solution!

Ideal for cutting the top layer of fiberglass when restoring a boat.

I wanted to use diamond and read a review comparing carbide to diamond that said carbide lasts longer on grout so I chose carbide on FG and am very glad I did Cut 25 feet and didn't have to rotate the blade to a new spot and it still feels sharp and cuts like new. Nearly ZERO airborne FG dust when cutting top layers over wet core. The diameter is small which is great for 1/4 inch thick leather without worrying about cutting deep. Great blades and great price.

These work great! - Knife

I needed to trim the edge of a tile on the overhang of the gutters. I decided to try them out and see if they would manage to cut through fine gravel and pebbles. You have done a great job. After a few cuts I had to clean the surface of the accumulated resin, but a soak in mineral spirits and a small brush got rid of it and I continued to use the same blade to make more cuts. I can do all the work with just one blade. I am very happy with their performance. I use them on a Ridgid multitool.

Definitely only for soft joints.

When I bought it I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the Rockler version. I've already created a 24 foot gap between the concrete foundation wall and the poured concrete floor using Rockler. This was done so I could put caulk in the groove to fix the yearly ground water problem we have. Unfortunately, they only lasted 12 linear feet before being completely smooth (I was able to use the Rockler for another 12 linear feet before it was smooth). That being said I believe they would hold up…

Make sure you have carbide blades

. But only 2 pack carbide, 5 pack came as diamond blades and will not work as well as carbide. A carbide blade is more abrasive and more durable than a diamond blade. I was able to remove almost half of the grout from the alcove with a carbide blade, but needed two diamond wheels to do the other half. Also, the diamonds lasted longer because they wear out pretty quickly. I definitely didn't have the satisfaction of mortar flying off the wall when using diamond. I have ordered carbide wheels and

Good value for money (updated review)

This is an updated review as the supplier was quick to respond to my previous 2 star review by sending me a new spare set of blades to use and test sent. This set was identical to the first set but still a little smaller than I expected but seemed well made. After attaching this blade set to a DEWALT DWE315K vibratory cutter, I removed the ground grout from the tiled floor to the top of the kitchen cabinet. These blades were aggressive and worked very well. I went about 20 feet from cabinets…

  • Perfect for outdoor activities

  • Slightly torn

Use original Dremel carbide tools

Although the product description says it fits the Dremel Multi Max, it doesn't fit my MM40. The triangular part vibrated much more strongly towards the tool tip, so much that it bounced off the grout and onto the tile, damaging it. After attempting to apply a second grout line the tool fell off my Multi Max. I reattached the tool and it quickly fell off my Multi Max again. So I am returning both carbide tools to the seller. IMO you are better off paying a few bucks more for a real Dremel…

Quickly removes joints!

These diamond discs did an excellent job in honed cement grout on the back of a kitchen tile. I got them because I blew through 4-5 Dremel multipurpose tiles while trying to remove the grout from the shower tile! Dremel slabs are 1/16 inch thick as well, but I think the problem was that my shower tiles were even closer together. So most of the time I don't just cut the grout, I cut the tile as well. What a pita! It took so long I nearly broke a golfer's elbow from the tool :( My kitchen tiles…
