For the 2003 6 cylinder Nissan Xterra. They install like any other spark plug I've installed on cars and trucks over the years. However, these plugs require tighter tightening than any plugs I have used before. When they were originally installed, the smell of raw fuel pervaded the car's cabin. After tightening all the plugs again, the smell was gone. I unscrewed the plugs the second time they were tightened, much more than I like to do with aluminum heads. I was glad the smell was gone, but not very handy, maybe unplugging the threads in the cylinder head. In any case, the performance is the same as standard spark plugs and there is no reduction in fuel consumption.
