Not worth the money.

The Stethoscope is junk can Hardly hear anything from the stethoscope. The heart beat and pulse cannot be heard also the ear peaces will puncture your ear drums they fit so tight.

The cuff has a D-ring for easy tightening and loosening

Cons

The cuff may cause discomfort or pain for people with certain medical conditions
