Up to the current order of 100 DVD boxes (this is my third order) none of them had problems. But there is now a BIG problem with this current order (I don't blame the seller, I blame the manufacturer and their apparent lack of quality control!) - and that's with this last batch, ok. 1/3 of these have front and/or back covers that break or tear off the top and/or bottom of the case along the "hinge line" where the spine and cover meet. They come so straight out of the box and not from a little use. The seller refunded me some of them, but I come across many of these as they are taken out of the box and used. Sorry to say that, but next time I'll have to switch to another brand. In the current batch of 100 cases, there are SO many failures (defects) that they are purely coincidental. It's a shame, because these suitcases have always been good quality goods. But not anymore!
