With all the good reviews I had high hopes for this wax. Unfortunately, most of the time it was terrible. First, the wax is so viscous and sticky no matter the temperature. Speaking of temperature, it's hard to find an ideal point where it's easy to use. In order for it to get on the stick and onto the skin, it needs to be on the cooler end of the spectrum. But then when you try to create a streak, it's already hardened and it was almost impossible to get a head start at the end. If you use it warmer you won't be able to get enough of the stick to do a streak. You also risk burning yourself. You also need to make the strip quite thick so it's flexible and not hard and breaks when you try to remove the strip. However, if the strip is thick, the wax will sometimes run off your skin and also have trouble compacting evenly enough to peel off without leaving a sticky chunk. That's how it ended up on my week-long powder nails, which really pissed me off. I would not buy this again! Edit to add: I also wanted to say that when my leg hair started to grow rapidly over the course of a few days, I noticed that I seemed to be breaking off a lot of hair instead of it coming out in whole rootballs. Wax usually gives me smooth legs for a few weeks and this wax gave me maybe two days!
