Not working and poor customer service
I ordered this keychain for a friend. The problem is that the key fob locks your car but doesn't open it. And when my friend contacted the company directly, they didn't help at all. They said they need proof of purchase - what? For example, when a key ring is literally not enough? In the meantime, I'm waiting for a response from the company, I'll update.
