Disappointed and disheveled

Honestly, I cannot recommend this shaver to anyone. My $30 Norelco razor gives a closer shave than this one. A complete waste of money and not up to the Braun standard I expected. Very disappointing as the only way to get a close shave is to do 6-8 passes of what at this time is a scrub. My skin remains itchy and irritated. Not sure if this is exactly what I got or if I'm doing something wrong but right now THIS razor DOESN'T COST $70+, I SPENT IT
