Review on Calais Ultra-Bright H3 LED Fog Light Bulbs 6000K 💡 White 2000LM COB Chips Car Fog Lights Replacements (Pack of 2) by Tone Hatton

I just received these bulbs today. I installed them in the headlights of a motorcycle. Much brighter than stock. If there are any issues with them I will update this review. The reason I'm writing this is because the bulb specification says "30 watts per bulb". According to my tests, this is wrong. I misread the spec and thought they said they would replace a 30w bulb (which they do and I believe they are brighter) not that they used 30w but after installing I went back and read the specification again. and it was written 30 watts a piece, 60 watts a pair. I was very disappointed as I was trying to reduce the power consumption of my headlights and although these bulbs made them brighter, according to the spec they used the same amount of energy as the original bulbs. So I put an ammeter along with the bulbs and found that both bulbs together draw 1 amp at about 11 volts (my battery was dead). If you do the math, each lightbulb is about 5 watts. This would be about the same as some of the other bulbs I considered replacements that listed bulbs as 5 watts each. Just thought I'd share the results/conclusions of my testing.
