I am mounting something from IKEA to the wall and it needs to be fixed. I bought these thinking they would be comparable to the ones I buy from Home Depot. I WAS WRONG! The little dowels are so cheap that not only did they not fasten anything, they broke, and to top it all off, a broken screw got stuck in my wall and I had to drill a huge hole to get the screw out. It took me 3 hours to get the broken screw out. My wife was also able to break the screw in half by bending it with her bare hands. Believe me, she's not that strong. Please refer to the photos. Save yourself the hassle and go to the hardware store and get better ones. I only give it 2 stars because the largest anchor seems to be more durable and works reasonably well. Although I broke 3 where the spring burst. But as long as it doesn't break, everything should be fine.
