Work like clockwork

I'm laying insulated concrete forms for the basement of the house, which will serve as a reference for the perimeter and height to pour the floor. The 11x29 inch panels weigh over 100 pounds. As you can see, the ditch is full of clay. I slip them under the back and pick them up to the contour line. Then fill in the gap, release the jack and pull it out. Before using wedges I had to reach around the panels and lift and insert the wedges with my foot. Lots of swearing. It's just a squeeze, a squeeze I don't know why they got such bad reviews? If you were a builder you might want something tougher or bigger. I couldn't find any better built. It would be nice if they were bigger, but in this application it worked great. I photographed one of the units. They are well put together and go up and down perfectly. The only weakness is the foam pen covers. You can see they put a foam tube on top and it's hanging down at a weird angle at the end. It looks cool and I think he'll wear it. It won't affect the work and I can wear gloves which worries me. I didn't buy Jack for this ture and it doesn't affect the function. Some companies ship items from China and take weeks to receive them. These people delivered them to me in a few days. I am very happy with this purchase.
