Doesn't take long to install, but you may need to get creative to remove the plug if you're not lugging. I used a piece of vacuum hose with a plastic harness clip attached to the hitch. It hides the connector under the bumper cover but pulls down easily to connect to the trailer. After I solve it, it disappears from view. The only thing you can see are two black zippers pressed tightly against the clutch, which you'll never see unless you bend down and look for it. It works so well that I'm surprised the clutch manufacturer doesn't sell them. Maybe I should start selling them myself? Also, the added traction of the trailer lights can cause your turn signals to flash much faster when you have your trailer lights plugged in. Maybe my old bulbs draw too much current and LED bulbs work better. They work fine, just faster than usual. Disabled they revert to normal, so I don't see this as a problem. Next time I break a tail light I'll try LEDs and update this post.
