This product is a complete waste of money. It does not work as advertised and caused me major headaches. The only pro is that it is affordable. But, the cons far outweigh that one benefit. It is poorly made and prone to malfunction. I would not recommend this to anyone in the automotive industry.

Doesn't take long to install, but you may need to get creative to remove the plug if you're not lugging. I used a piece of vacuum hose with a plastic harness clip attached to the hitch. It hides the connector under the bumper cover but pulls down easily to connect to the trailer. After I solve it, it disappears from view.
