I like how easy it is to use, you can customize anything about your page with ease! It also makes creating pages for clients extremely simple which is great when they are not tech savvy at all.

There really isn't much that i dislike other than sometimes if there was something changed in their account we had no way of knowing unless someone posted an update or comment from them saying so themselves.. But overall this has been very helpful since its made managing our website/social media platforms super efficient!!
