Overall a good product that makes capping easier, especially if your bottles are the same. The reason I took off a star is that there were no instructions and the corks go in at different depths when using different bottles, sometimes requiring you to adjust the depth and then slide the same cork back or uncork the ones that are too deep went . The bottles are pressed against the top by a spring-loaded floor. All corks should go to the same depth (as set) regardless of the bottle, but they don't because the base spring seems too soft to hold the bottle up while you push the cork. If it had a jaw that closes on the bottle, or a locking system when the bottle is all the way up, then all the corks would go in exactly as they're set. Once the bottle is different, the cork enters at a different depth. It is possible that we are not using it correctly.
