The ability to customize our own privileges, create custom reports as well as have an easy interface when it comes time to send out emails or update other systems that we use daily in my practice. I wish there was more flexibility between different types of providers (e.g., nurse practitioners vs physician assistants). We are able to easily access all patient information from one place which makes it easier than ever before! This has helped us streamline processes within the office by making sure everyone can see what they need to do next at any given moment. It also allows me to keep up to date about changes happening throughout the day so I know exactly where things stand without having to constantly check multiple places.
