I like that it allows me to quickly access patient information, allowing my team to get started quicker than if we were using paper records or other software systems out there in our field of practice! The ease of use, ability to customize all aspects from user interface down into content management etc., has been amazing! I can't say enough about how well designed this product was in terms of functionality as far back customization goes - but also great support when it comes time or questions arise regarding implementation/customization issues (which we have had very few). I like how easy it was to use, plus that you can customize your own page layouts as well which makes everything easier! The customization of pages also helps make things look nice too :) It's very user friendly if they want something simple or even just need help finding what info/file type etc would be helpful but nothing major has been complained about yet :).
