I like that it allows me to quickly access patient information, allowing my team to get started quicker than if we were using paper records or other software systems out there in our field of practice! Having this type of tool available has made work much easier when trying to provide quality care without missing any details about patients' health issues.

The application itself can be difficult at times due to its complexity which makes learning how to use all features take more time then necessary. Also sometimes you have an issue where the program will not fully open up after closing one window (this usually happens while entering data from prior visits). It was very helpful being able to create quick reference sheets by pulling together multiple charts into 1 document so the medical staff could easily see what they needed to address during their next visit.
