Excellent Content Management System with Great Customer Service
The ease of use, ability to customize all aspects from user interface down into content management etc., has been amazing! I can't say enough about how well designed this product was in terms of functionality as far back customization goes - but also great support when it comes time or questions arise regarding implementation/customization issues (which we have had very few).
Nothing really at first glance except maybe some initial confusion that could be related more so than anything else directly relating their services vs our needs because they do not offer an offline option like other vendors out there who provide similar products; however once you get over those hurdles everything works perfectly fine without any problems being reported by us thusfar after using them now nearly 2 years ago since launch date!! We've seen no complaints nor are aware if anyone's even thought twice yet which makes me think people truly enjoy working.
