The ease of using all aspects (ticketing system-helpdesk)of this software has been great for our organization! I like how it can be customized according to your needs; very intuitive in use & easy setup process which makes training super quick & less error prone when compared with other systems/software available out there at present time.- It's not cheap but definitely worth every penny spent as its extremely useful especially if you have multiple users needing different types or levels security access. We were able solve several problems regarding internal communication between departments such as IT's department vs Human Resources department - solving issues pertaining human resources hiring processes.
