Great for managing multiple platforms at once

I like that it syncs well between our web chat system and Facebook messenger so we can track conversations more easily; as an admin of one channel you have access to all other platforms from your dashboard for easier management - no need to open multiple tabs or windows! Not much at this time but they are adding new features weekly which makes up for any problems in functionality. Try them out if you haven't already because there isn't anything too significant about their service right now. We're looking into implementing some additional social media integrations such as Twitter/LinkedIn etc., however currently those aren't supported by the software yet. As mentioned above though, keep checking back every week cause each release has something added. A great way to manage customer interactions through several different communication methods while monitoring data trends via analytics reports on dashboards. It helps us be able to see where people prefer communicating compared to others and.

  • I like that it is easy to implement and doesn't require too much work to get it all up and running it's almost intuitive
Cons
  • I wish it had a little more of a social media integration and a few more features I'm looking to add
