Makes a job done very easy.
I have some bushes in front of the house. Every year I was trimming them with hand shears. That was the pain how long it took and to keep straight line while working. These made a huge difference. 15 min and done. No assembly needed and surprisingly very light weighted. Basically it came ready to work straight out of the box so be careful: the blades are super sharp and greased and the battery is also charged. Like with any power tool pay attention, this is not a toy.
