I would like to start by building custom arcade machines and making a living for over 10 years. I am an IT specialist for 15 resorts in a large resort town. There is a star because the system does not come with a suitable mainboard. The company sells RTX 3090 graphics cards with PCI Express 3.0 slots. The RTX 3090 has 24GB of memory and uses PCI Express 4.0. PCI Express 3.0 limits GPU bandwidth to 16GB, so the motherboard is loaded right out of the box. For over $4200, this computer should at least support the components it comes with, which it doesn't. I contacted support for help and was far from denied updating the computer myself. They stated that they ONLY use the Z490-A PRO motherboard. (It's a very disappointing motherboard anyway) HP trusts me to work on their computers weekly, but the company says I'm voiding the warranty. I will keep trying to get the correct part and will update this review if they fix their mistake. I would say the computer was excellent when it came with the right components. And so I repeat, if they don't fix this, everyone will know. DO NOT BUY RTX3090 PC FROM CUK. NOT FULLY SUPPORTED. I AM LIMITED TO 66% GPU MEMORY.
