Review on RelPro by Carl Lipschultz

I like that I can create different profiles which allows me to target specific prospects and make sure I am reaching them with all my communication efforts. There are some things that could be improved. I would like to have more customization options and be able to reach out to multiple contacts at once. For example, if I wanted to send an email to 50 people at once, it's hard to do this without hitting the wrong people or missing some key information in my profile. The biggest problem I have currently is that it's very difficult to get good leads when using this system. It takes too long to set up campaigns, so we end up not getting anywhere near our targets. This makes creating campaigns much harder as well. We need better quality leads but they don't come easy.
