This is made to be for30-50 lbs, my daughter is 36 and the arms slide down because of the type of fabric. others stay because with water sticks to the skin, like every other floatie. but these are not very good at staying. my daughter can pull her arms out of it and if she moves around outside of the pool the arm part goes down to her forearm
