Not Sure of the Value

This back brace seems to be of good quality. I have severe sciatica and the first time I used it I felt it helped ease my pain. In the following days I found wearing it for a long time made my back hurt, so I cut back on the time.The elastic is very strong. I am a small person and getting it to stretch where it is tight is not easy.It also seems to slide around mainly up by just walking around. The fit when stretched is ok if you don't pull it too tight. If it's not tight, it moves around too much.So I'll use it sometimes but not as a regular routine.

My Dr. Recommended this item for my Back Pain and it was well worth it.😊

May require too much time and effort to put on and take off

I work as a package handler at fedex and let me tell you, this product is great! No back sprains. The triangle part helps my lower spine with all aches I may feel. Highly recommend for those that have very physical jobs.Update:it''s been 3 months and back brace ripped. It was really good while it lasted
