The dust nozzles didn't impress me at first as I found them too straight to be effective. Then when I went back to that product page I saw that they could be bent. Funny, I was tempted to bend it and maybe I should have just gone ahead and done it. Anyway, my rod and rag came without instructions. There are no care instructions. The nozzles are fine. I like them better now that I know I can and should bend them. The only aspect that impressed me was the telescopic stem. It's amazingly durable, and when fully extended with the dust cap, it should accomplish anything you want with ease. Can be used at any length which is great. Simply twist to move the bar and lock by twisting the other way. My initial rating was 2.5-3 stars but when I found out I had to bend the bindings my rating went up to 4. Telescopic Pole - 5 stars. I think the quality of the attachments is "OK" 3 stars. Microfiber fingers and a microfiber cloth work best. Fluffier might be better. At least they can all be washed. I clean my home for a living, so I'm always on the lookout for tools and cleaners that will help me do my job more efficiently and productively. I really only see myself in homes with very high ceilings or downstairs locations where I need more range. Good ways to clean fan blades. Overall 4.5 stars.
