They are compressed wood!
You get what you pay for. They’re ok, they don’t hold a lot of weight. And because of the material, the screws kind of dont grip well, it pulverized the hole. I had to use the longer screws and screw through the plank to get the brackets to stay in place.
- Small screws going into board are a little wonky but overall sturdy.
- The screws for the shelf didn't fit, and the boards are a bit flimsy
