I wore mine for a year. I washed my car and decided to take them off because I wasn't using them. So I took a piece of dental floss to tuck it into the base and used a sawing motion to go all the way. I didn't take much at all and they went down well. I have a small piece of paper and glue left over. I used a razor blade. The first went with no problems. The second was left with glue residue. I took some rubbing alcohol and rubbed it in to dissolve it and just used my razor to remove the soft glue. It didn't take long and everything went well.
