It fits perfectly, and you do start to sweat right away. I just wasn't too pleased that it looks and feels like a wet suit. It's really thick. The zipper was terrible. I couldn't even get it up by myself. It really hurt my fingers and every inch it moved it would get stuck again. I should have returned it but I'm going to keep it to see if I can sweat off some weight. I just wished it looked more like a shirt not like I'm living at the beach ready to go surfing when I really live in the California desert.
