This faucet is very good except for the small screw that holds the spray handle. This little guy keeps falling. I have to go to the recycling center at least once a week to pick it up. At first I thought there was a pattern to my attempts to escape, but sometimes it fell out hours after I was locked back in. Maybe it was a ghost. If that's the case, I don't agree that I was sold a haunted screw. I have enough luggage. Today it has finally crumbled on the shelves and has started a new life. Farewell, little ghost screw. @Seller - any tips? UPDATE 29.04. I managed to find the missing screw, I probably voided the faucet's warranty by using non-genuine parts. Honestly, the replaceable screw is just better, the war is over. I ordered them from Lowe for $2.98. Chrome plated Danco screws part no. 29234 model no. 88356 Several screws from the pack will do, but one of them looks like ONE SCREW. The faucet visibly responded to the screw, as it was turned it began to emit what I can only assume was a sacred aura. Now I understand why the seller didn't offer any help.
