Review on 8 Pack Bolt Pockets Mounting Hardware by Allan Duman

Very strong and good hardware, some modifications needed. Not wide enough for a standard 2x4. I had to cut down to 3-1/16". Carriage Bolts have a rectangular shape under the head to secure them in the square hole on the bracket. The square on the bolt is too deep so they cannot be fully tightened to the trailer. I took each stud to my bench grinder and ground a square section the same thickness as the stirrup. It now runs flush through the trailer hole but still has enough room left to attach to the bracket. Now the 2x4s are very tight.
